As one of the key industries of the future, modern logistics needs to meet qualified professionals with international standards of competence and to respond flexibly to the growing demands.
Logistics teachers must be increasingly able to shape the content and especially to create methodologically an action-oriented training. The aim of the module-based training consists in the exchange of experiences related to the practical design of vocational training according to German standards and the derivation of considerations, proposals and concepts for improving the quality of education.
The holistic approach of the training concept is to give you a methodical, systematic and holistic thinking and acting for your training activities. Overall, participants acquire skills to plan and conduct modern education in the professional field logistics. You will learn systematic approaches, methods and tools for conceptual and detailed planning and implementation of a modern work process-oriented training, such as employment, the development of curricula, methods and media for practice-oriented design of the teaching and learning process.
