RESEARCH
Research is an elementary task of our conceptual work and enables new insights into the international vocational training cooperation and the implementation of concepts of work process education and training. Especially our partner Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg works in contexts of “International Education and Training”, “International Study Programs” and “International Cooperation and Project Development” with countries like PRC China, Laos, Indonesia or Vietnam. One focus is on the scientifically founded examination of the success factors, obstacles and design options of internationalization of VET as well as to offer suitable educational products for qualified professionals.
Main research activities are:
- International comparative curriculum analyzes
- Content and didactic conception of holistic qualification and training modules
- Implementation of methodical-didactic, educational-psychological training content Development of teaching and learning materials for selected teaching-learning / training fields
- Cooperative conception of the regulations (curriculum, curricula, learning fields)
- Implementation and testing of action- and work-oriented teaching
Formative / summative evaluation - Determination of the inhibiting and promoting factors of internationalization and derivation
- Adequate recommendations for action and design options
