    (4) CNC Programming (Turning and milling)

    Target group: Beginners and experienced workers. Setter operators and machine operators. 

    This module covers basics of CNC programming. It suits CNC operators who want to progress on to programming.

    • Programming for a 2 axis lathe machine
    • Programming for a 3 axis milling machine
    • G Code Programming

    (5) Advanced CNC Programming

    Target group: Specialist with basic knowledge in CNC programming

    This module is developed for improving and deepen programming skills 

    • Create own G codes and make up own cycles
    • Create simple programs for families of parts
    • Write programs
    • Control programs externally
    • Simplify ordinary/daily programming tasks
    • Create interfaces

    Duration: 5 days

    (6) Auto-CAD

    Target group: Specialist with basic knowledge in CNC programming

    This module enables participants to design computer models defined by geometrical parameters with state-of-the-art CAD technology

    • Set up the Auto Cad software 
    • Make a drawing
    • Understand the basic drawing commands 
    • Understand the basic editing commands and interface concepts
    • Draw complete 2-D exercises and drawings
    • Work with 3-D coordinate system 
    • Understand any Vector based program (Maya, Lightwave, XSI, Houdini, Rhino, Alias StudioTools, FormZ, Blender, 3dsMax, 3dStudio VIZ, Elictric Image Universe, 3D Toolkit, Catia, Pro E etc.)
