The automotive technology is changing dramatically, be it the area of service, repair, production or future topics such as E-mobility. The mechanical elements on the motor vehicle are increasingly linked to electronic components. Due to the steadily increasing number of registrations of hybrid and electric vehicles, there is a need to safely apply new measuring methods in diagnosis.

So the industry must increasingly meet international standards, which is very demanding corresponds to qualified skilled workers. These are called upon to understand, operate and fulfill the diverse requirements and performance ranges of modern vehicle systems. 

For teachers and professionals with training function it is necessary to have the competence to create action oriented training in addition to special knowledge. Therefore our Train-the Trainer Program is aimed to combine special topics with questions of training competence and training methods.

In our Training each technical area is offered by a specialized training master. The participants will change the subject areas weekly and thus receive a fixed contact person weekly, who introduces them to the workshop, prepares the contents and demonstrates the training with the course group. In this way, the participants get to know different personal styles, solutions and approaches in training in the car trade. In this way, the “train the trainer approach” is intensively practiced and optimally communicates the participants both the technical content and their teaching in the classroom / workshop / model.
