This training is suitable for trainees, specialists and executives, shipping managers, students who work in the logistic- or port area.

The transportation of goods by various modes of transport is a complex process worldwide, which is of particular importance. The transportation of goods and goods is indispensable everywhere, 365 days a year, 24 hours a day and in our world. 

Numerous organizational measures are necessary to carry out this process, which serve to improve the process quality, the (services) and thus the products of any kind. These measures are known as quality management (QM). Quality management is to be understood as a part of functional management, which aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of work or business processes.

In order to understand and implement the responsible tasks in quality management and at the same time to achieve a lasting effect, qualified staff with high quality standards are required.
