A modern port economy must always be considered in the context of developments and significant changes in the logistics sector and its complexity. The biggest goal of the logistics is the reliability and the associated high service quality, responsiveness and flexibility.

The efficient realization of the port- and handling operations increasingly requires different aspects of transport, logistics and transport services. The diverse commercial and logistical processes in the port facilities require a particularly high level of responsibility and qualified knowledge from the employees, v. a. also regarding operative port processes, distribution and use of computer-aided technologies.

This new developed and tested training program aims to develop a technical “elite” at the skilled worker level with potential for the middle management. You can make the requirements of modern port, transport and handling systems, can handle different aspects of transportation, logistics and transport services to be considered as holistic system solutions.

On the basis of the written exam tests (1 test per module), the student will receive a certificate of completion from the AHK Greater Shanghai (German Chamber of Commerce) confirming the participation in all modules and the respective examination results.

5 days (per module); the timetable of the course provides 184 theoretical
lessons with a high practical part of practice and 96 practice hours.
